Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to design and deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions for financial services, including banking operations, customer servicing, and fraud use cases.

You will guide delivery teams, engage clients, and ensure architectures meet security and performance requirements, with 40-60% travel. EY offers a hybrid work model and a broad rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural capacities.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven success leading technically complex implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions confidently with customers and stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define technical architectures covering case design, integration, data flows, security and access controls.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs; address complex challenges in ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across delivery teams; hands-on leadership during critical design/build phases.
• Balance delivery speed with architectural integrity and mentor team members.
