Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead architecture, design, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services. You will guide cross‑functional teams, engage with clients, and own architectural decisions while ensuring security and compliance.

Travel up to 60% may be required as projects demand. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in IT with hands‑on ServiceNow experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; IT experience in ServiceNow architecture preferred.
4–6 years of IT experience including hands‑on ServiceNow development or architectural work.
Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM is highly regarded.
Proven track record leading technically complex ServiceNow implementations.
Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
Prior consulting experience is desirable.
Strong soft skills: communication, adaptability, teamwork.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
Define architectures: case/workflow design, integration, data flows, security and access controls.
Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs; align with best practices.
Guide delivery teams; translate architecture into configuration and code.
Resolve complex build/deployment challenges; mitigate risks early.
Collaborate with CMAs, solution architects, developers and testers.
Engage with external clients; participate in workshops and sessions.
