Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation teams and drive client-ready solutions across HRSD with AI-enabled capabilities. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, design system architectures, and ensure successful delivery with cross-functional teams.

The role involves travel to meet client needs and growth in consulting leadership, with opportunities to work across a wide portfolio of clients in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification required or equivalent.
• At least one of: HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist, etc.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a workstream lead across ServiceNow HRSD project delivery.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate offshore resources.
• Provide guidance on HRSD process implementations and AI-enabled solutions.
