Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 2–4 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; additional HRSD certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation teams and guide delivery across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze business processes and technology capabilities to inform architecture and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (3–5 resources) including offshore resources.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks and timely reporting.
• Travel to meet client needs as required.
