Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior ServiceNow HR Analyst to drive HR ServiceNow enhancements and defect fixes. You will coordinate requirements, design, test, and deliver solutions while protecting confidential employee data and collaborating with multiple Fidelity teams.

The role requires 3–5+ years in ServiceNow configuration or 1–2+ years in development, plus a BA/BS or equivalent experience. Agile, written communication, and detail-oriented skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience or 1–2+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years Business/Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience in another HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft or UKG) is a plus.
• HR domain experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in fast-paced, agile environments with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ServiceNow HR enhancements and defects.
• Coordinate requirements, design, testing, and delivery for projects.
• Publish HR Knowledgebase articles and maintain documentation.
• Assist with automated test script creation for upgrade releases.
• Collaborate with business partners and technology teams to meet requirements.
