Fidelity is seeking a Senior Platform Business Analyst to support and enhance the Workday HR platform for associates and managers. You will partner with HR, Product, Operations, and Technology to understand goals and translate them into actionable Workday solutions.

You will configure and test enhancements, develop thorough test strategies, and guide stakeholders through new capabilities while balancing priorities and ensuring a smooth associate experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Business Analysis, Product, HR Technology, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Partner with HR, Product Management, Operations, and Technology to understand goals and priorities.
• Analyze requirements and recommend solutions aligned with business and platform capabilities.
• Configure, test, and support Workday enhancements.
• Develop test strategies, write test cases, and coordinate end-to-end testing.
• Demonstrate new functionality and guide stakeholders through solution capabilities.
• Balance sprint commitments with urgent business needs and escalations.
• Assess downstream impacts across processes, integrations, security, reporting, and UX.
• Collaborate with Workday and internal partners to implement features and releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to simplify processes and enhance associate experience.
