Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Business Analyst to help deliver HR solutions via Workday.

You will partner with HR, Product, Operations and Technology to translate business goals into actionable Workday changes and ensure successful delivery. The role focuses on configuring, testing, and supporting Workday enhancements, developing test strategies, and guiding stakeholders through new features while balancing priorities across sprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis, Product, HR Technology, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Product Management, Operations, and Technology to understand goals, challenges, and priorities.
• Analyze requirements and recommend solutions aligned with business and platform capabilities.
• Configure, test, and support enhancements within Workday.
• Develop test strategies, write test cases, and coordinate end-to-end testing activities.
• Demonstrate new functionality and guide stakeholders through solution capabilities.
• Balance sprint commitments with urgent business needs and escalations.
• Assess downstream impacts across business processes, integrations, security, reporting, and user experience.
• Collaborate with Workday and internal partners to evaluate and implement new features and platform enhancements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to simplify processes and improve the associate experience.
