Job Description: As the top-ranked ServiceNow solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite of applications. Develops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation
• Experience working with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions

Preferred qualifications

• Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Training or experience in Agile Fundamentals
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) within ServiceNow

Security Clearance

• Must have active Top Secret clearance and be willing and capable of obtaining SCI and CI poly
