Job summary

Inserso Corporation seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a hands-on team supporting a live enterprise ITSM implementation for 10,000+ users. You will configure and customize ITSM modules, CMDB, and integrations, while ensuring data security and system reliability.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and DHS verification required.
• 8+ years IT support or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development in large environments.
• 4+ years configuring/ administering ServiceNow ITSM tools.
• 2+ years scripting (JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell).
• Strong ITSM process understanding and CMDB expertise.
• Experience with data sources and integrations (SCCM/Intune, discovery).
• Familiarity with CSDM concepts and CMDB health management.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support ServiceNow solutions across departments.
• Hands-on development, maintenance, and support of ITSM apps and catalog.
• Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions.
• Manage LDAP/SSO integration and MID Server connections.
• Leverage external APIs for ServiceNow integrations and automation.
• Develop and maintain CMDB items via Discovery.
• Maintain Service Portal, Service Catalog, and UI pages.
• Produce clear documentation and perform demonstrations for customers.
• Ensure data security while preserving functionality and supportability.
