Job summary

Interon IT Solutions seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation, customization, and enhancement of our enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will bridge operational workflows with automated IT operations, optimizing CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

The role requires 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow, and strong JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and XML/JSON skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a minimum of 5+ years dedicated to ServiceNow development.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), GlideScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and XML/JSON.
• Strong mastery of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB health metrics.
• Experience with integrations via Integration Hub and MID Servers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy custom ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor.
• Configure ITOM components, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Lead integrations with third-party monitoring/management tools and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
