• Solid understanding of CMDB and data relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server.
• Customize CSM case management, FSM work orders, and CPQ workflows.
• Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
