Job summary

Inserso Corporation seeks a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to support a live enterprise-level implementation serving 10,000+ users. You will design, deploy, and support ITSM solutions including Change, CMDB, Discovery, Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.

The role requires strong scripting (JavaScript/SQL/PowerShell) and experience integrating ServiceNow with LDAP/SSO and MID Server, plus ITSM process knowledge. U.S. citizenship and DHS E-Verify cannot be waived.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process.
• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of experience in IT support or related field, preferability in software development or configurations.
• 4 years of experience hands-on developing, installing and supporting ITSM applications in a large-scale environment, preferably using ServiceNow.
• 4 years of experience configuring, customizing, or administering ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool.
• 1 year of experience writing and debugging scripts in languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and PowerShell.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
• Demonstrated understanding of ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers/departments/users to design, deploy and support ServiceNow solutions according to user requirements.
• Hands-on development, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow ITSM applications, tools, and associated components.
• Configure ServiceNow Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies and Data Dictionary.
• Create and maintain LDAP/SSO/MID Server connections with ServiceNow.
• Leverage external API knowledge for ServiceNow integration and automation.
• Create, update, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB via Discovery.
• Maintain Service Catalog items, Service Portal and UI pages, and manage users/roles/groups.
• Design and implement ongoing operations and maintenance processes on the ServiceNow instance.
• Produce documentation and deliver demonstrations for customers.
• Balance data security and functionality to ensure system sustainability and supportability.
• Develop credible and high-integrity relationships with customer technical resources.
