Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to mature our ServiceNow platform and our Service Management practice. You will partner with business units to design and implement solutions, drive maintenance, continual service improvement, and enable new capabilities across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

You will design and deploy business rules, UI components, integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins and other CI/CD tools, and lead development work with vendors to ensure scalable,

Qualifications

3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
3+ years IT Service Management process design experience.
ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
Experience with ServiceNow API, SSO, SAML, REST and web services.
Web portal development skills (HTML, CSS, Angular JS, Bootstrap).
Experience with ITIL foundations and enterprise ServiceNow best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow components and integrations.
Develop custom integrations with external apps using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow DevOps integrations with CI/CD pipelines.
Support upgrades, patches, and production deployments for ServiceNow.
Mentor and lead development work of vendors and staff.
