Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to mature our ServiceNow platform and Service Management practice. You will design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, client scripts, UI pages, and workflows, including integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab, and other CI/CD platforms using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow DevOps capabilities.

You will develop custom integration components (SSO, CMDB, SAS connectors) and integrate legacy systems

Qualifications

3+ years of ServiceNow development and ITSM process design experience.
ServiceNow System Admin Certification is required.
High school diploma or GED required with IT experience.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.

Responsibilities

Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and UI components.
Develop ServiceNow apps and integrations with DevOps tools and CI/CD platforms.
Create and maintain integration components (SSO, CMDB, connectors) and mid-server-based integrations.
Support upgrades, patches, and production deployments; use update sets to move customizations.
Design for high availability and recoverability; provide advanced ServiceNow troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Mentor and lead development work of vendors and staff; share knowledge with the Service Management team.
