Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Sr ServiceNow Developer to mature our ServiceNow platform and Service Management practice. You will work with business units to build solutions, support maintenance, continual service improvement, and enable new capabilities across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities include designing and deploying business rules, building integrations with DevOps tools, and ensuring end-to-end traceability.

Qualifications

3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
3+ years ITSM process design experience.
ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
Understanding of ServiceNow enterprise suite & integration technologies.
Web portal development: HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap.
Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge.
Ability to create reports and SLAs.
ITIL foundation certification and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and UI components.
Develop integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab via REST APIs.
Build custom integration components and connect legacy systems to ServiceNow.
Support upgrades, patches, clones, releases, testing, and production deployments.
Mentor and lead vendor/developer teams; share knowledge with the Service Management group.
