Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a senior ServiceNow Engineer III to lead complex platform development and enterprise integrations within a dedicated platform team.

You will mentor juniors, partner with platform architects, and drive scalable, secure implementations across ITSM, Service Catalog, and custom apps. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, hands-on development across scripting and integrations, and a proactive approach to optimization and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of ServiceNow development/engineering experience.
• 0-5% travel.
• Hours 7 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri with possible flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Platform Development & Scripting using server-side and client-side scripting (Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs).
• Integrations & Automation with REST/Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub automations.
• Platform Support & Upgrades including instance cloning and multi-tenant architecture considerations.
