Healthfirst is seeking a Sr ServiceNow Developer to mature our ServiceNow platform and Service Management Practice. You will work with business units to build scalable solutions, maintain SI, and enable continual service improvement on the ServiceNow platform.

You will design and deploy rules, build integrations with DevOps tools, and mentor the Service Management team while supporting upgrades and governance. A strong ITIL foundation and Admin certification are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management process design.
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• Understand ServiceNow Enterprise product suite and capabilities.
• Knowledge of integration tech including REST, SSO, SAML, SSL, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC.
• Web portal development using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge.
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
• ITIL foundation certification.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and notifications.
• Develop ServiceNow apps and integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab via REST APIs.
• Create custom integration components and connect legacy systems via mid-server and web services.
• Integrate DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for Change, deployment tracking, and Release governance.
• Automate Change Requests from CI/CD deployment activities.
• Configure pipeline integrations for end-to-end traceability in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules.
• Support upgrades, patches, and production deployments; maintain update sets.
• Maintain highly available environment; provide admin support and root-cause analysis.
• Document policies, procedures, and SDLC controls; mentor team.
