Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Chantilly, VA to design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions for a DoD client. You will mentor junior developers and lead secure integrations, ensuring ongoing architectural health within an Agile team.

The role requires 5-7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, TS clearance eligibility, and strong scripting in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Onsite work in Chantilly, VA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5-7+ years in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience building and managing complex REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM.
• Build ServicePortals using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices.
• Lead deployments with Update Sets and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security and architectural integrity within Agile framework.
