Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development.
• 3+ years of experience in ITSM development.
• Experience in Agile development practices.
• ServiceNow CSA Certification required; CTA preferred.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI/CI poly.
• Background and drug screening successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform including scripts, UI actions, workflows, and catalog items.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Collaborate with AI initiatives to support predictive operations and intelligent service management.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide estimates and solution designs for roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead a team of developers.
