Job summary

System High Corporation is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will translate business requirements into scalable workflows, mentor junior engineers, and ensure architectural health within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities include advanced integration work, code reviews, and deployment governance using CI/CD, Update Sets, and the ServiceNow Repository.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Advanced scripting experience with ServiceNow APIs and platform features.
• Strong REST/SOAP integration capabilities and data mapping.
• Experience operating in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM.
• Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Manage advanced integrations, CI/CD deployments, and application governance.
• Create architectural diagrams, TDDS, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs.
