Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role centers on hands-on configuration and development—workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions—while following upgrade-safe practices. The ideal candidate ships production ServiceNow work and writes maintainable code.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
Experience with Service Portal widget development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
