Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies, a technology consulting and software development firm, seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Engineer for 100% remote work in the United States. You will design, implement, and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications, focusing on hands-on configuration, scripting, integrations, and UI enhancements.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
Strong JavaScript skills (ES5/ES6).
Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Experience with REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB.
ServiceNow CSA credential.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and custom apps on ServiceNow.
Hands‑on configuration and development including workflows, scripting, and UI customization.
Ensure upgrade‑safe, performant configurations and clean codebase.
Collaborate across teams to deliver production‑quality ServiceNow solutions.
