Qualifications

• We require hands-on ServiceNow development experience, five or more years.
• Solid JavaScript skills (ES5/ES6) within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience integrating REST and SOAP services and MID Servers.
• Strong CMDB data model understanding.
• Proficiency with UI Actions, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Service Portal widget development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Perform hands-on configuration: workflows, scripting, UI customization, integrations.
• Ensure upgrades, performance, and maintainability with best practices.
