Job summary

OCTO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will maintain ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM modules, collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs, and improve service delivery.

The role requires strong scripting in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, plus a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, SPM).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
