Job summary

Bitstring It Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in the United States to design and implement UI and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with designers, optimize performance, and drive ITSM/ITIL-aligned solutions across modules.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow CSM/ITSM, strong scripting skills (JavaScript, HTML, AJAX), and experience with CMDB, Discovery, and external integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.
• Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Experience in CMDB and Discovery.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and web UI tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces, collaborate with designers, implement responsive designs and optimize performance.
• ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules.
• Build service requests from customer requirements using workflows to manage data flows between customers and support teams.
• Use scripting tools to automate rote tasks in ServiceNow.
• Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Understand ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data; monitor health and compliance.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment on the ServiceNow platform.
