Job summary

AHU technology in Washington, DC seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will maintain ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITFM, PPM, and SPM modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

You will build workflows, configure integrations, and implement advanced scripting, UI policies, and notifications, while ensuring alignment with best practices and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification highly desired.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITFM, PPM, and SPM.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to build requested items using workflows that meet business requirements.
• Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow forms, tables, and modules.
• Develop workflows to drive approvals and lifecycle processes.
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and CMS/Service Portal scripting.
• Configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters in ServiceNow.
