Job summary

ServBeyond Solutions seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team supporting government clients. You will configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, PSDS, and related modules, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver digital transformation and scalable POCs.

The role requires hands-on Now Assist, Xanadu release familiarity, and a strong background in JavaScript and APIs to tailor solutions for federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience with 4–8 years in IT.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure.
• 3+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, PSDS, and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Support standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, PSDS).
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
• Develop dashboards and reports, including scheduled reports.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external tools and platforms.
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades and data migrations.
• Develop custom applications and integrations using JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
