Job summary

7Th Sky Tech is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a full-time hybrid role in the United States. The ideal candidate will design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes, with strong JavaScript skills and hands-on experience with integrations, workflows, and UI components.

The role involves collaborating with analysts, admins, QA, and other developers, implementing best practices, and providing documentation and knowledge transfer as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Notifications, and ACLs.
• Create and manage workflows, Flow Designer flows, approvals, and automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party apps via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
