Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• 4+ years of ServiceNow developer experience with advanced knowledge of Flows, JavaScript, and platform internals
• 8+ years in business analysis or related field
• Experience substituting education with related work
• Advanced experience with .NET (C#) and web technologies
• Proven track record in leading complex development projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications.
• Lead complex development projects and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Gather and define technical requirements with senior stakeholders.
• Develop, test, demo, and review work with employees to ensure needs are met.
• Develop and configure in ServiceNow areas (Service Portal, Service Catalog, ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, CMDB, Integrations).
• Create and maintain system design documentation and reports.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
