Qualifications

• 6+ years ServiceNow development in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, Angular.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture/APM, WSD, and Now Assist.
• Strong ServiceNow integration and API experience.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow customization/configuration.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Bachelor's + 8 years / Master's + 6 years relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Public Trust; U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and Service Catalog items.
• Configure Flow Designer, integrations, APIs, scripting, reports, and data imports.
• Work with ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Portal, and Knowledge Base.
• Integrate ServiceNow with LDAP, SSO, MID Server, web services, email, and third-party applications.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, and automation processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve platform performance/security.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders; maintain technical documentation.
