Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• 3+ years in CSM or ITSM with custom app development.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work on-site in the DC area.

Responsibilities

• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, and Service Catalog items.
• Create CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences.
• Implement REST/SOAP integrations; support releases, testing, and upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
