ICF is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent. The role emphasizes automation, integration, and user experience, delivering scalable, upgrade-safe solutions and partnering with stakeholders.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
3+ years experience in CSM or ITSM with deployed Custom Application Development
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position)
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.) as this work is for a federal contract, and laws do apply.
