Job summary

ICF is seeking an Associate ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications for our US-based clients. The role involves collaborating with architects and analysts to deliver solutions, and includes data migration, integration, testing, and training to ensure successful deployments.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of hands-on ServiceNow experience, an active US security clearance, and relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Active Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret) required.
• ServiceNow mainline certification with preference for SN CIS A or SN Certified System Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize and implement ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and cross-functional teams to design solutions.
• Perform data migrations from legacy systems to ServiceNow while ensuring data integrity.
• Develop and test integrations with other systems and applications.
• Create technical documentation of configurations, data schemas and decisions.
• Support user training and change management during deployments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and issues, guiding timely resolutions.
• Ensure security and compliance across implemented solutions.
