Job summary

ENIN Systems, INC in Virginia seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications that support ITSM processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in platform development, ITSM, scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and customization.

Qualifications

10–15+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience with ITSM and Service Catalog configuration.
Proficiency with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, and ServiceNow APIs.
Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML integrations.
Experience with ACLs, roles, groups, and platform security.
Familiarity with update sets, application repositories, and deployment processes.
Experience with debugging and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
Develop and customize modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
Implement REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
Configure ServiceNow tables, forms, lists, notifications, and access controls.
Work with Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom app development.
Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and resolve defects in production.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and platform maintenance.
