Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS in the Phoenix area is seeking a ServiceNow Developer III to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities that support mission-critical IT service management functions. You will act as a senior technical resource for scalable, secure solutions across ITSM, catalog items, CMDB, and related modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting and development technologies including JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Lead development across ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, and related modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform testing and validate deployments prior to production release.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
