Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow CAD/CIS certification highly desired.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software.
• Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications.
• Coordinate integration of new products based on client requirements.
• Lead development projects and mentor team members.
• Create and maintain user manuals and documentation.
