Job summary

Synechron is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Charlotte, NC to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITSM solutions. You will create workflows, portals, and integrations to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow development, ITSM expertise, and strong collaboration with business stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Service Catalog.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum.
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Implement and support ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Build and customize Service Portals and ESC.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party apps using REST/SOAP APIs.
Create and maintain custom applications with App Engine Studio and Studio.
Design automated workflows to improve efficiency and performance analytics for stakeholders.
Troubleshoot platform issues and support upgrades and new features.
