Responsibilities

• Experience with ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, or HRSD.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, custom applications, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing tools.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
