Experis is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic IT Service Management team supporting capacity management and infrastructure monitoring. The role involves designing and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, ITSM/CMDB, reporting, and integrations with SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, familiarity with ITIL capacity management, and experience in hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a strong technical background.
• Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications and portals.
• Knowledge of ITIL Capacity Management processes and infrastructure performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow to support Capacity Management processes.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, Discovery, and Reporting.
• Create capacity dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting reports for various infrastructure resources.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Automate data collection, trend analysis, threshold alerts, and capacity planning workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
