Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and pass DHS verification.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of IT support or related field, with software development or configurations.
• 5 years hands-on developing, installing and supporting ITSM apps, preferably ServiceNow.
• 4 years configuring, customizing, or administering ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool.
• 2 years writing and debugging scripts in JavaScript, SQL, and PowerShell.
• Demonstrated understanding of ITSM processes and data models (CSDM).

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and users to design, deploy and support ServiceNow solutions per requirements.
• Hands-on development, maintenance, and support of ServiceNow ITSM applications and components.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and Data Dictionary.
• Create and maintain LDAP/SSO and MID Server connections and integrations.
• Use external APIs for ServiceNow integration and automation.
• Develop and maintain CMDB via Discovery and manage Service Catalog and Service Portal.
• Design, implement, and operate ongoing maintenance for the ServiceNow instance.
• Produce clear documentation and demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Balance data security and functionality to ensure sustainable, supported services.
• Build credible relationships with customers' technical resources.
