Experis is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic IT Service Management team supporting capacity management and infrastructure monitoring. The role involves designing and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, ITSM/CMDB, reporting, and integrations with SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, familiarity with ITIL capacity management, and experience in hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a strong technical background.
• Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications and portals.
• Knowledge of ITIL Capacity Management processes and infrastructure performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow to support Capacity Management processes.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, Discovery, and Reporting.
• Create capacity dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting reports for various infrastructure resources.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Automate data collection, trend analysis, threshold alerts, and capacity planning workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be an integral part of the IT Service Management department supporting various teams involved in infrastructure and capacity management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to technology solutions, which will align successfully within the organization.
