Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s IT Service Management team in the United States. This onsite role focuses on building capacity management workflows, designing custom ServiceNow apps, and integrating with monitoring tools to optimize infrastructure performance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and reporting solutions, while following Agile/Scrum practices in a hybrid cloud environment (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong technical background.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL data analysis.
• Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications and portals.
• Knowledge of ITIL Capacity Management processes and infrastructure performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations for capacity management.
• Configure ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, Discovery, and Reporting modules.
• Create capacity dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting reports for infrastructure resources.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Automate data collection, trend analysis, threshold alerts, and capacity planning workflows.
