Job summary

SPS is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of experience in design, development, and implementation of ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and IT Asset Management. Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST/SOAP APIs is required.

The role includes integration work, portal development, and knowledge management within ITIL processes. The candidate will work on Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Configuration Management, delivering admin, app development, maintenance,

Qualifications

• IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
• ServiceNow CSM + ITSM + 1 other product like ITAM, ITOM etc.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas
• Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components
• Writing scripts, business rules, UI and data policies, REST/SOAP integrations, scoped App, reports, script includes, Knowledge management, loading of data through Import Sets, knowledge of Data sources and transform map
• The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM / CSM module. The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support
• Communication & Documentation
• Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and REST API integration experience
