Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize asset lifecycle processes including request, fulfillment, deployment, reclamation, refresh, retirement.
• Support software compliance, normalization, reclamation, SaaS optimization, and asset governance.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, approval workflows, and fulfillment processes.
• Build automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
