Empower AI seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to drive enterprise ITSM automation for a DoW agency. You will design, build, test, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and the Service Catalog, integrating CMDB and leveraging Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, all within an Agile cadence.

The role requires a US citizen with an active clearance or eligibility, 10+ years in software dev (5+ on ServiceNow), and strong security/compliance focus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of related experience (Master's with 8 years experience or substitute allowed).
• U.S. Citizen status required.
• Active Secret Clearance to start (T3/T3R preferred).
• Willing to obtain Top Secret eligibility if required.
• Investigation scope/Continuous Evaluation in place.
• 10+ years of software development, at least 5 years on ServiceNow or equivalent.
• Expert proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (server- and client-side), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and CMDB; update-set lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating ITSM with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP/AD, and event/monitoring sources.
• Experience delivering in Agile with sprint demos, UAT, and stakeholder acceptance.
• Secure coding standards and Federal security requirements; platform-level deployments.
• Experience leading/mentoring developers; producing technical design documentation.
• Strong communication with Government stakeholders.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I baseline certification (e.g., Security+).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ITSM platform (ServiceNow) per backlog.
• Implement and sustain enterprise ticket lifecycle workflows across incident and request management.
• Develop and maintain a user-friendly Service Catalog with automated request fulfillment workflows; maintain CMDB integrity.
• Lead sprint-level development: refine backlog, estimate, QA, UAT, and obtain stakeholder acceptance.
• Adhere to secure coding standards and Federal security guidelines; perform code reviews; deliver compliant update sets.
• Participate in Change/Release Management; provide impact analysis, test evidence, release notes, and rollback plans.
• Collaborate with UX Designer, Automation Engineer, Data/BI Developer, and Knowledge Management teams on Portal, Virtual Agent, and dashboards.
• Mentor journeyman developers and testers; maintain design documentation and development standards.
