Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, SAM and HAM implementations.
• Full-cycle SAM/HAM implementations and software licensing knowledge.
• Fluency with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP.
• Strong understanding of CSDM and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and automate ITAM, CMDB, and HRSD capabilities across enterprise.
• Design and configure SAM/HAM workflows, including entitlements and lifecycle management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external data sources (SCCM, Jamf, Intune, AD) via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Configure ServiceNow scripts, business rules, and UI elements to meet business needs.
• Mentor junior developers and provide architectural guidance.
