Empower AI in Reston, VA, is hiring an Integration Developer to design and build integrations connecting the ITSM platform to enterprise systems for a government agency. You will work on Active Directory orchestration, MECM/SCCM, monitoring sources, Power BI dashboards, and secure data flows.

The role is hybrid, based in Quantico, VA with remote eligibility and up to 10% travel. Requires 10+ years of software development and DoD‑level security experience.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with active clearance or eligibility for Top Secret.
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience (master's with 8+ yrs substituted).
Experience developing on ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform and integrating with external systems.

Responsibilities

Design secure, resilient integrations between ITSM and enterprise systems (AD, MECM/SCCM, monitoring, MDM, Power BI).
Develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow Integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripted interfaces.
Engineer Tier 0 self‑service integrations and ensure daily data feeds for dashboards.
Monitor health, document interfaces, and support RMF evidence for interconnections.
Lead sprint tasks, QA, UAT, and obtain stakeholder acceptance before closure.
