Job summary

Alldus is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a remote, contract-based role supporting a U.S. Department of Defense project.

You will implement PSDS/CSM solutions, build case management workflows, portals and integrations, and work across design, development and security teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, and a DoD-security-friendly mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Active DoD security clearance is required or can be obtained.
• Experience developing ServiceNow CSM or PSDS solutions for government/defense.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills (client- and server-side).
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST and SOAP APIs, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy ServiceNow applications and workflows using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and UI Policies.
• Configure case management in CSM and PSDS, including intake, routing, assignments, SLAs, escalations, and knowledge base integration.
• Extend ServiceNow data models, build portals, forms and record producers for user submissions and tracking.
• Automate case workflows with Flow Designer and connect ServiceNow to external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure Agent Workspace or Configurable Workspace, create reports, dashboards and notifications for caseload management.
