Job summary

Empower AI seeks a seasoned ServiceNow System Administrator to manage enterprise ITSM, CMDB, and endpoint management for a DoD-related environment. You will drive platform health, improve performance dashboards, and coordinate with government owners on deployments and security baselines.

The role requires extensive Windows endpoint experience, STIG-based imaging, and ability to work in a hybrid Quantico-based setting with remote eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience (or equivalent substitutions).
• U.S. Citizenship and active DoD clearance readiness is required.
• Active Secret clearance with potential TS/SCI eligibility after start may be required.
• 10+ years operating enterprise Windows endpoints and servers, MECM/SCCM lead role preferred.
• Expert in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, AD, GP design, PowerShell, imaging/provisioning.
• Strong background building STIG-compliant baselines and patching.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation using ACAS/Nessus and RMF evidence.
• Ability to lead changes through formal Change Management and document performance.
• Willingness for after-hours on-call and weekend maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and sustain enterprise ITSM (ServiceNow) and related platform components.
• Manage CMDB, Discovery, data quality rules, and patch/update readiness.
• Monitor platform health, incidents, and perform root-cause analysis with fixes.
• Support Performance Analytics and reporting for the Customer Support Metrics Dashboard.
• Own MECM/SCCM and Intune across all enclaves, including RBAC and upgrades.
• Lead automated OS and third-party patch packaging and deployment to meet timelines.
• Design hardened images and STIG baselines for agency cybersecurity compliance.
• Develop GP and endpoint configuration baselines; ensure pre-production validation.
