Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support an enterprise IT program. The role emphasizes development and O&M for a ServiceNow platform used to track requests, tasks, and metrics, with governance and change management in scope.

The ideal candidate has strong JavaScript skills, experience with ServiceNow modules and admin tasks, and a track record of building custom workflows in an agile environment.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with poly required.
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience OR Master's with 10+ years of experience.
Experience with JavaScript and web technologies (XML/HTML/CSS).
Experience with relational databases and ServiceNow customization.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to address business needs.
Administer ServiceNow front-end, roles, groups, and permissions.
Develop custom workflows and integrations with external systems.
Migrate update sets across environments and troubleshoot production issues.
Follow agile software development practices.
